Your shopping experience with LITTLE ELIZ FASHION DESIGNING is important to us, and we are constantly striving to make it a pleasant one. Currently, we offer 2-hour delivery for orders within the Emirate of Dubai. Please note that only orders with delivery addresses within the UAE can be processed via the UAE website.
Orders placed outside of our working hours (9am-8pm) or during public holidays will be considered placed on the first working day following the order’s submission. While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur, especially during promotion periods, sale seasons, and public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our control, such as your unavailability to take delivery or a requested postponement. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive the delivery. Our couriers may make up to 2 phone calls to book the delivery time slot and will attempt delivery up to 2 times before canceling the order. Cash on delivery orders are subject to a 25 AED delivery fee payable upon delivery.
**Pre-Order Delivery**: Delivery times for pre-orders are based on the expected release date, as indicated on the product page.
**Scheduled Time Slots**: You can now schedule your delivery by selecting a time slot at checkout. The first available time slot is 9am-11am, with subsequent slots every hour until 8pm. Orders must be placed by 6pm for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 6pm will be scheduled for delivery the next day.
**General Delivery Conditions**: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delivery times are estimates only. If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of confirmation, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver due to reasons outside our control.
**Address Changes & Tracking**: Our Customer Care team can assist with changing your delivery date and address before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address. Changes to an address outside the original delivery country are not possible.
